Randy Ralston is a seasoned tax attorney with nearly 35 years of experience in taxes, real estate and development, estate planning, and commercial law.  He founded the firm in 2001 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Randy received his Juris Doctor from T. C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond Class of 1983 and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia with a focus on commerce.

John S. Ralston joined the family law practice in 2015.  He offers legal counsel to clients on real estate (including land use and zoning),  estate planning, and corporate matters. John is committed to giving back to his community as demonstrated by his pro-bono work for the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society’s Bankruptcy Clinic and the Carrico Center Housing program. John earned his Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law.
